Rod is the owner of SignArt Studios, a local sign and graphic design company in Victoria for 28 years. Rod is a trained graphic and sign designer with over 40 years in the business. SignArt is a small group of passionate designers and sign manufacturing, looking to change and create amazing images, to enhance business and our community.
